QKS, Inc. is Broker/Owned and Operated.
We can efficiently complete over a1000 Real Estate Transactions
in the State of California a month with our well qualified
staff. Every Transaction Coordinator, REO Compliance Processor,
Short Sale Processor & Short Sale Negotiator is licensed
by the Department of Real Estate. Simone Burke
(Broker/Owner) believes every person who handles disclosures,
contracts and addendums must be licensed and educated
on a continual basis with the guidelines set by the Department
of Real Estate, Local Real Estate Associations & National
Association of REALTOR®s, Trained in Government
Programs “HAFA & HAMP”.
All of our Home Inspectors are “Certified”
using the CREA Standard of Practice. Also, the home inspector
will provide a free estimate from our Licensed General
Contractor Division upon written request for any repairs
needed.
We strongly encourage all Traditional SELLERS, LISTING
AGENTS & Bank Owned Asset Managers to have a Seller’s
Home Inspection completed prior to listing the home. Please
review our “Home Inspection” Section for a
breakdown and reason why.
Our Home Debris Removal, REO Trash Out division is a
service provided by our Licensed General Contractor
Division. Their experience and attention to detail
is unsurpassed by any other Licensed Contractor Group
that specializes in Residential Real Estate Transactions.
A little about our Owner: Simone Burke started working
in the Real Estate Industry at 18 years of age. She has
worked as an Office Manager for General Contractors, New
Home Builders, Payroll Manager, Property Management, Founder
of W.E. Financial, Inc. (lending office), purchased a
RE/MAX Franchise, built the office by design from the
ground up, also succeeding in starting its own In-House
Escrow Division, Transaction Coordinating
Division and employed over 50+ REALTOR®s/Brokers.
