sellers, “let’s wait to see if the buyer finds
anything in their home inspection”. Complete a seller’s
home inspection prior to list to give your sellers an
idea of what is needed “if anything” and approximate
costs in order to list their home without having to go
back to them during the escrow with a request for repairs
and cost they were not expecting.

you are already armed with an estimate and your buyers
and or seller are equipped with a dollar amount to negotiate.
This will save you $85-$125 handy man inspection fee.
