REO Compliance Processing:

Our REO Compliance Processors are licensed in the State of California by the Department of Real Estate. They work directly with the Asset Managers, Banks, Listing & Buyer’s Agents, Buyers (upon request of the representing REALTOR®), buyer’s lender (if applicable), vendors, affiliated services & Escrow Company.

If you are the Listing Agent just send to solutions@qksinc.com the bank counter, buyer’s signed RPA and lender pre-approval and we will take care of getting the buyer’s signatures on the counter and all disclosures at one time to submit back to the seller within 24 hours or less.

We have completed 1000's of transactions and are very aware of how important the timing is on each of your assets. Our REO Compliance processors are trained on not only contract reading, but also review of Counters, how to speak and email your asset managers (if requested by the List Office), Quality Control Format from the time we receive your first initial email. We review the purchase contract, address any missing items, draw up all disclosures, stamp what disclosures seller is exempt, and place arrows to every line item the buyers and buyer’s agent must complete to erase any confusion of where to execute.

Our Real Estate Solutions Center REO Processing Team is proficient on Equator, RIO Central, PAS & all other REO portals your asset managers diem you use to track your properties.

We can also show you how we have saved all of our REO Brokers over $35,000 a year in admin fees, assistant fees & TC fees. Not only have we completed over 2500 REO Transactions we work with top clients from the top Agencies “RE/MAX, Prudential, Century 21, Coldwell Banker” and also our local Independent Offices.

We will take care of your paperwork, inspection coordinating & ordering of termite, home inspection, home warranty, NHD & appraisal. We also coordinate directly with escrow, title & the buyer’s lender and give you a weekly update as to where each of your files are in the process.

On the average a Real Estate Agent will get over 200 calls and or emails per transaction, of those phone calls more than 90% of them can be taken care of by our office.
