REO Trash Out:
 We
are a professional REO Trash out company with 20 years
of experience. We are licensed contractors licensed by
the State of California.
We understand the legality and needs of REO Asset Companies
and or Banks.
Brief Procedure:
- Go by the property to assure vacancy.
- Take photos of the home and surrounding lot.

We have are own trash out trucks (we
never use City dump trucks)
- Take picture of property and surrounding lot after
trash out with the same angle as the before picture.
- Take a picture of the dump trailer full of the debris
before delivery to the dump.

No items will be left on the curb
or in the homes trash cans.

Dispose of the property trash in accordance
with local laws and regulations.
- Secure the home and take pictures of the home secured.
All personal property will be photographed
and an estimate of storage for 30 days or the time frame
of State Requirements if changes and value of the property,
this includes and not limited to loose paperwork, filing
cabinets, draw contents, and any items over the value
of $300 or the legal value amount of the State Requirements
if changed will be sent to client for review.
We will invoice in accordance to the clients requested
procedures.
