Our Short Sale Negotiators are
licensed in the State of California by the Department
of Real Estate. They work directly with the Short Sale
Departments in the individual lenders, collection companies,
junior lien holders and HOA, Listing & Buyer’s
Agents, Buyers and Sellers (upon request of the representing
REALTOR®).
Your Short Sale Negotiator will upload all the documents
needed to submit your file to the Short Sale Departments
of the lien holders in our Real Estate Solutions Center.
On the average a Short Sale Negotiator will get over
100 calls and or emails per transaction and spend over
3 hours on the phone negotiating the file with the lender.
Ask yourself “how many clients can I follow up with,
how many homes can I sell and what else can I be doing
to grow my business rather than trying to negotiate my
own files.
Leave it to the experts.
You will receive weekly status reports of all your files
and a calendar of time frames from contingency removal,
disclosures fully executed, inspection times & all
your documents will be available for your review and use
throughout the entire transaction.
We only charge $1500 per transaction which approved by
the lenders to be paid by the lenders not the agents on
almost all our files.
We are experienced and trained in the negotiations of
the HAFA program, non-HAFA Junior Lien negotiating and
proficient in the use of Equator. For more information
