Traditional Transaction Coordinating:
Our
Transaction Coordinators are licensed in the State of
California by the Department of Real Estate. They work
directly with the Listing & Buyer’s Agents,
Buyers and Sellers (upon request of the representing REALTOR®),
buyer’s lender (if applicable), vendors, affiliated
services & Escrow Company.
Once you have sent your Fully Executed Purchase Contract
(RPA) & Counters to solutions@qksinc.com
we perform an extensive QC (Quality Control) process which
is not done in any other Real Estate Solutions Center. We
not only verify the agent’s licensing status, we
go page for page on the contract to assure all pages are
initialed, signed, dated and completed. If any pages are
not completed correctly we contact the appropriate party
to have the items completed and return all completed documents
to Listing & Buyer’s agent, Escrow and the lender.
All we need is a fully executed contract and we will
take care of your paperwork, disclosures, inspection coordinating
& ordering of termite, home inspection, home warranty,
NHD & appraisal.
On the average a Real Estate Agent will get over 200
calls and or emails per transaction, of those phone calls
more than 90% of them can be taken care of by our office.
Ask yourself “How many clients can I follow up with,
how many homes can I sell and what else can I be doing
to grow my business rather than working on a transaction
I have already put in escrow?”
You will receive weekly status reports of all your files
and a calendar of time frames from contingency removal,
disclosures fully executed, inspection times & all
your documents will be available for your review and use
throughout the entire transaction.
Upon close of escrow buyer, seller, Listing & Buyer’s
Agent will receive the entire file on a DRE Approved disc.
We will provide additional disc at a minimal cost.
